1 ) Financial and accounting personnel of Industrial and Community
Education Colleges under the Office of the Vocational Education Commission in

Thailand had learning standards in international education, including professional
skills, value and attitude to the profession, practical experience accumulation, and
professional competence at the highest level.
2 ) Financial and accounting personnel of Industrial and Community
Education Colleges under the Office of the Vocational Education Commission in

Thailand had success in working included work happiness, progress, proud and the
respect at the highest level.
3) Analyzing the impact of international education standards on the success

in working of financial and accounting personnel, it was found that 3.1) Learning
accordance with international education standards, practical experience
accumulation, and professional competence had a positive impact on success in
working, the happiness in work statistically significant at 0.01 and 0.05 respectively.

3.2) Learning in accordance with international education standards practical
experience accumulation had a positive impact on success in working, progress
statistically significant at 0.01 levels. 3.3) Learning accordance with international
education standards professional competence had a positive impact on success in

working, proud statistically significant at 0.01 level, and 3.4) Learning accordance with
international education standards, professional skills and professional competence
had a positive impact on success in working, respect statistically significant at 0.05
and 0.01 respectively.

บทนํา

วิวัฒนาการในปจจุบันมีความเจริญกาวหนามีการเปลี่ยนแปลงอยางรวดเร็ว มนุษยจึง
จําเปนจะตองศึกษาหาความรูอยูตลอดเวลา และปรับปรุงความรูใหทันสมัยอยางตอเนื่อง
เพื่อใหทันตอการเปลี่ยนแปลง และนําไปสูการพัฒนาตนเองใหเปนพลเมืองที่มีคุณภาพ และ
สามารถพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิต อันจะนําไปสูสังคมแหงการเรียนรูและภูมิปญญา สอดคลองกับ

อัมรินทร จาทัน (2559, น.1) ไดกลาวไววา องคกรที่เฉลียวฉลาดและสามารถเรียนรูไดอยาง
รวดเร็ว จะกลายเปนองคกรที่ประสบความสําเร็จ และสามารถอยูรอดไดตอไปในอนาคต การ
เรียนรูจึงเปนปจจัยสําคัญที่จะทําใหทุกคนในองคกรสามารถปรับตัวเขากับการเปลี่ยนแปลง
