positions revealed no difference.
3. The recommendations and guidelines to develop the leadership of

the school administrators in the study were as follows. The administrators should
be far- sighted and well- informed with the changing events; they should be

knowledgeable and competent; they should administer with a good governance;

they had to treat others in a fair and equal way; they should be able to engage
the communities in determining the strategies in driving the schools; assignments

should be given according to the individuals’ ability and aptitude; they should not
be too disciplined and too flexible; technology should be introduced in the

instructional process; they should be ethical, virtuous and willing to listen to

others.

บทนํา

กระแสโลกาภิวัตน์และความเจริญก้าวหน้าทางเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ทําให้โลกมี
ลักษณะเป็นโลกที่ไร้พรมแดน มีการกระจายของข้อมูลข่าวสารอย่างรวดเร็วและตลอดเวลา การ

2550 : 82) ความเจริญก้าวหน้าของเทคโนโลยีที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็วทําให้วง

สังคมในยุคศตวรรษที่ 21 เป็นสังคมความรู้ สังคมสารสนเทศ และสังคมเครือข่าย จึงทํา
