Abstract
The study of this master project aimed to investigate teamwork of
personnel and gather suggestions on the teamwork at Namkhunwittaya school,
Namkhun District, Ubon Ratchathani Province. The research population included
an administrator, teachers, and supportive personnel working at Namkhunwittaya
School in fiscal year of 2016, totally 58 persons. The research tool was a 5 scale
questionnaire of 60 items, with the reliability of 0.93. The statistics used to analyze
the data included frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation.
The study results were as follow: Teamwork of personnel at
Numkhunwittaya School, Numkhun District, Ubon Ratchathani Province, both as a
whole and individual aspects were perceived as high level, with the aspect of
participative leadership as the highest mean score, and unclear objective as the
lowest. For the important suggestions on teamwork were that team should have
clear objectives, open to the participation of team members, clarify work
assignment, and seek variety of working strategies.

บทนํา
ท่ามกลางกระแสโลกาภิวัตน์ ซึ่งการเปลี่ยนแปลงด้านต่างๆ เป็นไปอย่างรวดเร็ว และมี
การแข่งขันกันสูงนั้นการทํางานเป็นทีมเป็นสิ่งสําคัญอย่างยิ่งเพราะเป็นการร่วมกันคิดและ
รับผิดชอบในงานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย ทีมมีความสําคัญต่อความมีประสิทธิภาพของการทํางาน
ความสําเร็จ และความสมบูรณ์ของงาน ดังข้อสรุปของ สุเมธ งามกนก (2551: 1) ว่าทีมงานที่มี
ความพร้อมเพรียง และร่วมมือกันทํางานอย่างดีอย่างมีเป้าหมายนั้นเป็นปัจจัยสําคัญที่จะนํามาสู่
ความสําเร็จ
สมชาติ กิจบรรยง (2546: 28) ชี้ให้เห็นความสําคัญและความจําเป็นในการทํางานเป็น
ทีมว่าองค์การไม่สามารถทํางานได้สําเร็จโดยคนๆ เดียว ดังนั้นการทํางานเป็นทีมจึงเป็นเรื่อง
สําคัญมาก เพราะต้องอาศัยความรู้ ความสามารถ และประสบการณ์จากสมาชิกทีมทุกคน เพื่อ
สร้างสรรค์สิ่งใหม่ หรือไม่ก็แก้ปัญหาต่างๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นร่วมกัน ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับแนวคิดของณัฏฐ
พันธ์ เขจรนันทน์ และคณะ (2546: 18) ที่กล่าวว่าความสําเร็จในการดําเนินงานนั้นมิได้เกิดขึ้น
