The results of the research were as follows:
1 . In the aspect of learning outcome which consisted of

achievement, group process skill, the webpage creative skill and the desirable
characteristics, there were found that in case of before being taught by using
instructional package and a conventional method, there were at low level and
lower than the criterion at the level of significance 0.05. After being taught by
using instructional package and a conventional method, there were at medium

to high level and higher than the criterion at the level of significance 0.05.
2. The learning outcome in the aspects of achievement of students,
after being taught by instructional package and conventional method, there

were higher than before at the level of significance 0.05.
3. The learning outcome in the aspects of achievement, group
process skill, the webpage creative skill and desirable characteristics of students
whom taught by instructional package were higher than students whom taught

by a conventional method at the level of significance 0.05.

ความเปนมาและความสําคัญของปญหา

โลกยุคปจจุบันถือวาเปนยุคเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ เกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงในหลายๆ
ดาน ทั้งดานเศรษฐกิจและสังคม นําไปสูการปรับตัวเพื่อใหเกิดความสามารถในการแขงขัน
ทุกประเทศทั่วโลกกําลังมุงสูกระแสใหมของการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่เรียกวา สังคมความรู
(Knowledge Society) และระบบเศรษฐกิจฐานความรู (Knowledge-Based Economy) ที่

จะตองใหความสําคัญตอการใชความรูและนวัตกรรม (Innovation) เปนปจจัยหลักในการ
พัฒนา ความกาวหนาของเทคโนโลยีทําใหขอมูลขาวสารและความรูเกิดภาวะ “ไรพรหมแดน”
จึงจําเปนอยางยิ่งที่คนไทยจะตองเรียนรูเกี่ยวกับเทคโนโลยีสมัยใหม เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะพื้นฐาน
ที่จําเปนตอการดํารงชีวิต และรูเทาทันการเปลี่ยนแปลง สามารถนําความรูเกี่ยวกับการ

ดํารงชีวิต การอาชีพ และเทคโนโลยี มาใชประโยชนในการทํางานและแขงขันในสังคมไทย
และสากล (กระทรวงศึกษาธิการ, 2551: 183) คอมพิวเตอรไดถูกนํามาใชประโยชนในวงการ
การศึกษาอยางแพรหลาย ทั้งในรูปแบบการสอนและบริการทางการเรียนการสอน เปนสื่อที่
สงเสริมใหผูเรียนสามารถศึกษาหาความรูได ทั้งในรูปแบบตามลําพังดวยตนเองและการเรียนรู

เปนกลุม สาเหตุสําคัญในการนําคอมพิวเตอรมาใชในการศึกษาจึงมีหลายประการ มี
ความสัมพันธเกี่ยวเนื่องกับการเสริมสรางความรูและทักษะในการใชคอมพิวเตอร
คอมพิวเตอรจึงมีบทบาทสําคัญตอการพัฒนาทรัพยากรบุคคลและพัฒนาสังคม การใช
