บทคัดยอ
พยาบาลผดุงครรภเปนบุคลากรสุขภาพ ที่มีบทบาทสําคัญในการดูแลสตรีที่มีภาวะแทรกซ

อนทางอายุรกรรมและสูติกรรม ทั้งในระยะตั้งครรภ คลอด และหลังคลอด ซึ่งปจจุบันพบวาทั่วโลกมี
แนวโนมสูงขึ้นเปนลําดับรวมทั้งในประเทศไทย ภาวะแทรกซอนของการตั้งครรภเสี่ยงสูงผลกระทบต
อภาวะสุขภาพของมารดาทั้งดานรางกายและจิตใจ รวมทั้งทารกในครรภ และทารกแรกเกิด อีกทั้ง
ยังสงผลตออัตราการตายมารดาและทารกปริกําเนิดสูงขึ้น ดังนั้นพยาบาลผดุงครรภจึงมีบทบาท

สําคัญในการคนหา คัดกรอง การประเมิน ชวยในการการวินิจฉัยการตั้งครรภเสี่ยง รวมถึงใหการ
พยาบาลสตรีตั้งครรภที่มีภาวะเสี่ยงอยางมีคุณภาพ และมีประสิทธิภาพ เพื่อสนับสนุนใหการตั้งครรภ
มีความปลอดภัย และชวยลดอัตราการตายของมารดาและทารก รวมถึงลดการเกิดความพิการของ
ทารกในครรภและทารกแรกเกิด

Abstract
The midwifery nurse is a health care provider who has an important role

among the caring of high risk pregnant women who face with problems of medical
and obstetrical during the period of pregnancy, intrapartum and postpartum.
Recently, the trend of high risk pregnancy has increasing as gradually such global and

Thailand. Complications of high risk pregnancy effect to the physical and psycological
of pregnant mother, fetus and newborn. They gain of the rates of mathernal death,
still birth, and neonatal death. Therefore, the midwifery nurse should perform their
roles for investigaing, screening, assessing, and assitting to diagnose high risk pregnancy
through the good quality and effectively of the nurse midwife nursing which aims to

support safty pregnancy, reduce the rate of maternal and neonatal mortality, and
also fetal and neonatal malbility.
