Abstract
The purpose of this study were 1) problems and needs of education

management community health nursing practice 2) Satisfied with education
management of community health nursing. The samples were 242 peoples in
community. The tools were questionnaire evaluation of satisfaction, percent,
Mean, standard deviation, reliability were .817. The results of this research The
Level of Khua Mai Kaen Community satisfaction of teaching, community health

nursing was high level ( X = 4.47, SD = .561) competency performance was high
level ( X = 4.34, SD = .579)Ability to work was high level ( X = 4.47, SD = .568)
and Professional ethics was highest level. ( X = 4.59, SD = .537). Problems and

obstacles of the community from a community diagnosis survey and found that
there was 31.48 percent of Environmental, 69.58 percent of behavior, 15 percent
of narcotics drug. The result of this study were to suggestion on develop
competencies to prepare in practice for community health nursing disciplines in

order to provide more effective.

บทนํา

วิชาปฏิบัติการพยาบาลอนามัยชุมชน (Community nursing practice) เปนปฏิบัติ
การพยาบาลที่มีเปาหมายในการดํารงไวซึ่งสุขภาพและสุขภาวะของประชาชนตั้งแตบุคคล
ครอบครัว ชุมชนและสังคม การพยาบาลที่จัดใหชุมชนมีหลายรูปแบบ เปนการจัดกิจกรรมโดย
ประสานความรวมมือ เพราะเปนการเรียนการสอนที่กําหนดใหนักศึกษาพยาบาลทุกคนไดรับ

ประสบการณภาคปฏิบัติครบตามหลักสูตร ซึ่งขึ้นอยูกับปจจัยหลายอยาง โดยเฉพาะอยางยิ่ง
บทบาทผูสอนหรืออาจารยนิเทศสามารถสงเสริมพัฒนาการนักศึกษาพยาบาลดานพุทธิพิสัย ดาน
จิตพิสัยและดานทักษะพิสัย เพื่อใหนักศึกษาพยาบาลเกิดความเชื่อมั่นในความสามารถของตน

ซึ่งการถายทอดองคความรูของการพยาบาลอนามัยชุมชนที่ใหกับนักศึกษาพยาบาลหลักสูตร
วิชาการปฏิบัติการพยาบาลอนามัยชุมชน ซึ่งรายละเอียดของเนื้อหาวิชาโดยสรุปแบงเปน 6
ขั้นตอนสําคัญ ดังนี้ 1) ขั้นเตรียมชุมชน 2) ขั้นประเมินสภาวะชุมชน (Community Health
Assessment) 3) ขั้นการวินิจฉัยปญหาอนามัยชุมชน (Community Diagnosis & Priority
setting) 4) ขั้นวางแผนแกไขปญหาอนามัยชุมชน(Planning) 5) ขั้นดําเนินการแกไขปญหา

อนามัยชุมชน (Intervention = Implementation) และ 6) ขั้นการประเมินผล (Evaluation)
